Come visit us

You are always welcome to drop in and try a class, paying a sessional fee (£12). If you wish to observe a class, you may be allowed to do so with Sifu Lai’s permission.

However, as a matter of courtesy, we would appreciate a call or email from you indicating your intention to come and train with us. You may also wish to further discuss your training needs prior to your first class.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, please let us know in advance, if you’re intending to attend and please ensure you have a NEGATIVE lateral flow test.
